Wipro has informed its employees that beginning of November 15, they would be required to work from the office three days a week at the latest. This puts Wipro in line with other software heavyweights Infosys (10 days a month) and Tata Consultancy Services (five days a week) who have already implemented a hybrid work strategy.

A decision made by the corporation was communicated to the staff via email on Monday, as reported by source. message from Saurabh Govil, Chief Human Resources Officer at Wipro, was included in the email.
