Tata Motors announced on Friday that its global wholesales, which include Jaguar Land Rover, increased by 7 percent to 3,42,376 units in the second quarter of the current fiscal year.
In a statement, Tata Motors stated that global wholesales of Tata Motors commercial vehicles and Tata Daewoo range were 1,06,620 units in the July-September quarter of FY24, up 3 percent from Q2FY23.
However, the company’s global sales of all passenger vehicles, including electrical vehicles fell by 3 percent year-on-year to 1,38,939 units.
Jaguar Land Rover’s global wholesales increased by 29 percent to 96,817 units.
Global wholesales for Jaguar Land Rover were 29 percent higher at 96,817 units.
“Jaguar wholesales for the quarter were 13,560 vehicles, while Land Rover wholesales for the quarter were 83,257 vehicles”, the statement reads.
