Mukesh Ambani: Reliance Industries Chairman, Mukesh Ambani says that the country can become a ’40 trillion dollar economy’ by the year 2047.
Mukesh Ambani: On the occasion of the 90th birth anniversary of Reliance founder Dhirubhai Ambani, Reliance Foundation announced various scholarships for graduation and post-graduation students. On the occasion, Mukesh Ambani, Chairman of Reliance Industries, expressed his commitment to the Company’s fundamental principles decided by the founder, Dhirubhai Ambani, which have been sustained by Reliance. Mukesh Ambani, in his address to the gathering present at the occasion, spoke on the core principles of Dhirubhai Ambani – Integrity, Excellence, Empathy, Helping each other, Sharing with each other and Caring for each other.
Mukesh Ambani: The Chairman of Reliance Industries, says, “Years will pass, centuries will pass. Reliance will keep getting bigger and bigger, just like the banyan tree. Its branches will spread further, its roots will be deeper. But we will always remember our founder with gratitude who sowed the seed of this banyan tree 45 years ago.”
Mukesh Ambani said, “In the Hindu tradition, the banyan tree is a spiritually noble tree, it is a sacred tree. Whenever I think of Reliance and the mission on which my father founded it. I feel that there is something good and sacred in that mission as well. He said, “Our mission is to make India prosperous through world-class business and bring happiness to the lives of all Indians. Therefore, every year on Foundation Day, all of us in the Reliance family – me, Nita, Akash, Isha, Anant and all of you – remind ourselves that we are all trustees of this extraordinary and proud mission.”
The son of Dhirubhai Ambani said, “As you know, we are in such a time when the world has started seeing the 21st century as ‘India’s century’. Our Prime Minister Narendra Modi has called it the ‘Amrit Kaal’ of India. The next 25 years are going to be the most transformative in India with a history of 5000 years. This is when India is ready to achieve economic growth.”
‘India can become a $40 trillion economy’
The chairman of Reliance Industries holds that the country can become a ’40 trillion dollar economy’ by 2047. This goal can be achieved because India has the power of youth. The power of a mature democracy and the newly acquired power of technology. He said, “Similarly, at a time when there is an atmosphere of uncertainty, instability in many parts of the world, India is being seen globally as a shining star.” Mukesh Ambani said, “I would like every leader and every employee at Reliance to know that destiny has given us an opportunity and a responsibility to make a significant contribution to realizing the promise of India’s Amritkaal.”

He said that this is the last time of 2022. When Reliance would have crossed the half way of its golden decade. Ambani said that in five years from now, Reliance will complete its fifty years. We are all proud of what we have achieved so far. But the journey ahead is going to be more exciting, more challenging too.
Admiration for son Akash Ambani
Praising his son Akash, Mukesh Ambani said that under his leadership JIO has become India’s best 5G network. Ambani said that Jio’s 5G work will be completed in 2023. He said, “I heartily congratulate the entire Jio team for further consolidating the numero uno position in the digital connectivity business. But Jio Platforms should now gear up for India’s next big opportunity. These platforms should be geared to provide unique digital products for domestic and international markets.”
