MrBeast has 172 million subscribers and is recognized for his outrageous exploits and challenges.

In 2020, the world’s most popular YouTuber opened MrBeast Burger. MrBeast claims that the firm behind the burger, ‘Virtual Dining Concepts’, is harming his brand and image by serving a poor product.

The YouTuber has asked a judge to terminate his contract with the corporation.

The lawsuit, which was filed in New York on Monday, argues that “MrBeast Burger has been regarded as a misleading, poor reflection of the MrBeast brand” and has caused “material, irreparable harm to the MrBeast brand and MrBeast’s reputation”.

The lawsuit added that MrBeast has not made a profit from the beginning of their collaboration.

The 25-year-old YouTuber previously apologized to viewers who were dissatisfied with their meals.

According to the reports, MrBeast Burger delivers from over 1,000 so-called ‘ghost kitchens’ around the world.
