Kanodia Group, which operates in the infrastructure and cement industries, announced on Saturday that its e-commerce portal for home-building solutions, Easy Build, will be live next month.
The firm also announced that it has received pre-launch orders worth Rs 500 crore ahead of the platform’s launch, which offers entire home-building materials and solutions as well as a network of dealers, merchants, architects, designers, and applicators.
According to Kanodia group chairman and managing director Vishal Kanodia, Easy Build has more than 1,100 dealers and renowned construction brands on board.
Before building a house, a homeowner can utilize the metaverse-based platform to visualize the look, interior decor, and construction cost.
The business intends to open 50 Experience Centres in Delhi NCR, Uttar Pradesh, and Bihar to exhibit its technology, products, solutions, and network of dealers and designers.
Easy Build also organized a pre-launch event for stakeholders, budding entrepreneurs, architects, investors, and sales partners to present its market plans.
”The company secured pre-launch booking orders worth over Rs 500 crore backed by security cheques at the event. A grand-scale launch event is planned in October”, Kanodia explained.
Easy Build aspires to onboard 20,000 entrepreneurs and connect 3,00,000 workers through its platform by March 2024, with a Gross Merchandise Value (GMV) of Rs 8,000 crore.
