Adani Group Unveils Fully Funded Scholarships For Emerging Talent At Premier Indian Business Schools

The Adani Group has announced 24 fully funded scholarships under the 2025-27 cohort of the Adani Accelerated Leadership Programme (AALP).

The initiative strengthens inclusive leadership development and reinforces structured collaboration between industry and academia.

The scholarships support students from premier institutions, including the Indian Institute of Management Bangalore, the Indian Institute of Management Calcutta, the Indian Institute of Management Lucknow, and the Indian School of Business.

The Group selected scholars through a rigorous merit and need-based evaluation process.

Mr Karan Adani, Managing Director of Adani Ports and Special Economic Zone and Director, Adani Cement, felicitated the scholars at the Group’s headquarters in Ahmedabad.

The AALP Scholarship ensures that financial constraints do not hinder high-potential management students.

The selection framework integrates academic distinction with demonstrated economic need. The process enables merit to prevail irrespective of socio-economic background.

Leadership Backed Excellence

Addressing scholars and their families, Gautam Adani emphasised that talent remains universal, but access does not.

He stated that scholars earned their place through national competition and proven excellence.

Adani affirmed that the Group will provide exposure, mentorship, and opportunity to match their aspirations.

The 2025-27 cohort reflects academic depth and sectoral diversity.

Anand Babu Kamineni, a first-year MBA student at IIM Calcutta, ranked within the top 0.1 per cent in examinations such as JEE, CAT, and UPSC. Raised in a rural village in Andhra Pradesh, his trajectory demonstrates how access can amplify perseverance-driven talent.

Ayush Srivastava from IIM Lucknow has trained over 500 engineers in advanced oil and gas systems and led major technology upgrades across European offshore operations.

Madhu Gupta of IIM Calcutta has supervised large operational teams with a focus on safety and execution excellence.

Kanav Bansal has delivered measurable financial outcomes through early-career system enhancements.

Beyond financial assistance, AALP offers structured industry immersion, mentorship, and exposure to large-scale infrastructure platforms.

Headquartered in Ahmedabad, the Adani Group operates across energy, utilities, transport, logistics, metals, materials, and consumer sectors.

Guided by its philosophy of nation-building and sustainable growth, the Group continues to expand leadership capacity through structured opportunities.
