Moskovitz’s accusations against Tesla focus on allegations of widespread consumer deception regarding the company’s Full-Self Driving (FSD) software and vehicle range claims. This ongoing inquiry reflects broader concerns about the appropriate use and efficacy of autonomous driving technologies.
