Adani Total Gas Q1 FY27 Revenue Rises 27% To Rs 1,910 Crore

Adani Total Gas Limited (ATGL) reported strong operational performance in the first quarter of FY2026-27, recording a 27 per cent year-on-year increase in revenue to ₹1,910 crore, while overall gas volumes rose 13 per cent to 303 million metric standard cubic metres (MMSCM).

The growth was driven by rising demand for cleaner fuels and continued expansion of the company’s city gas distribution network.

During the quarter, ATGL expanded its CNG network to 707 stations by adding five new outlets, while PNG household connections increased to around 11.41 lakh after adding more than 38,000 new homes.

Industrial and commercial PNG connections also grew to 10,422 customers, supported by continued infrastructure expansion.

Across its pan-India operations, including its joint venture Indian Oil-Adani Gas Private Limited (IOAGPL), the combined network reached 1,167 CNG stations and more than 13.75 lakh PNG household connections, serving over six million people daily.

The company also expanded its steel pipeline network to 28,675 inch-km.

Despite the strong growth, ATGL said higher Brent crude prices, geopolitical tensions in West Asia, an increase in the APM gas price ceiling and currency depreciation pushed natural gas procurement costs up by 39 per cent during the quarter.

The company said it adopted a calibrated pricing strategy to maintain supply continuity while minimising the impact on consumers.

ATGL posted standalone EBITDA of ₹281 crore and profit after tax of ₹133 crore, while continuing to expand its EV charging and biomass businesses.

The company also improved its ESG ratings, with CEO Sanjay Pandita reaffirming its focus on sustainable growth and clean energy expansion.
