The Adani Foundation has launched the first batch of its Data Entry Operator course at the Adani Skill Development Centre in Padri, Mirzapur.
The initiative aims to empower rural youth through skill development and employment-oriented training, helping them become self-reliant.
During the programme, senior officials from the Adani Foundation interacted with enrolled participants and discussed their future goals and career aspirations.
The officials highlighted the importance of skill development in enhancing employability and noted that the Data Entry Operator course would provide participants with industry-relevant vocational and technical skills, enabling them to access better employment opportunities. They also shared information about various social and community development programmes being implemented by the Adani Foundation.
The three-month training programme aims to equip participants with technical and professional skills while helping them secure employment opportunities after successfully completing the course.
As part of the programme, all participants were provided with training kits, including T-shirts and bags, to support their learning journey.
Ram Sagar Bharti, Gram Pradhan of Thanapur Gram Panchayat, Vyas Ji Bind, Gram Pradhan of Tonga Gram Panchayat, Ram Singh Rana, representative of Hinauti Gram Panchayat, Rajesh Prajapati of Dadhiram Gram Panchayat, members of the Adani Foundation team, more than 40 enrolled participants, and a large number of local community members attended the event.
The village heads and public representatives present at the event appreciated the Adani Foundation’s efforts to empower rural youth. They said the Foundation’s initiative of linking quality training with employment assistance would create sustainable livelihood opportunities for local youth and contribute significantly to the region’s overall social and economic development.
