Freedom of Speech: Rahul Gandhi & Bilawal Bhutto Require Caution on The Statements

Lately sharp reactions are seen in India over the statements by Congress boss Rahul Gandhi and Pakistan’s Foreign Minister Bilawal Bhutto. There seems to be no need for the BJP to go indignant about such statements either since their acceptability is not more than a big zero.

Talk about present Foreign Minister of Pakistan, Bilawal Bhutto, the son of the former Pakistani Prime Minister Benazir has suddenly become the head of the party and now his ambitions also have gone sky hight. Now it’s his compulsion again to be in power in his country, he is supposed to be coming up with such incendiary statements.

Bilawal Bhutto’s new line of ambition wants hi to surpass his maternal grandfather Zulfikar Ali Bhutto. That’s the reason, instead of using the surname of his father, Zardari, he is keeping his maternal grandfather Bhutto’s surname. Julfikar Ali Bhutto is pretty infamous for his statement that even if he had to fight for a thousand years with India, he would go ahead fighting but he will not stop without taking Kashmir. The fact is this that there are apprehensions in Pakistan itself that they may lose entire Pakistan in the ‘process’ of taking Kashmir.

Pathans, Sindhis, Pathans and Baloch being tortured by the Pakistan Army may themselves break the country into many pieces. This is high time now, Bilawal Bhutto grew up to pay attention to this issue, but he shockingly compared PM Modi to the once most wanted terrorist Usama Bin Laden in New York. Now Pakistani PM Shahbaz Sharif and ex-PM Imran Khan are giving pretty balanced statements and Bilawal Bhutto should learn from his senior Pakistani leaders and get dispensed with giving such extreme statements.

On the other hand, in India top Congress leader Rahul Gandhi also says such things over the sporadic encounter in Tawang between India-China army men. And to his shock, his party must also realize this that such statements may boomerang on them since the emotions of the people of India are always with their army. Rahul asks, why Modi is silent about the Galvan Valley incident and also over the land that China has snatched prior to this incident. Rahul appears unaware that during the time of his grandfather PM Nehru, China had occupied about 38 thousand km of our land whereas India had to face a lot of embarrassment in the China imposed war in 1962.

Questions can ask the historical Indian party, that during the Congress rule of in the last sixty plus years, did they ever make any concrete effort for the taking the land back from China? In the year 1988 Rahul Gandhi’s father, PM Rajiv Gandhi had visited China and met Chinese leaders but no such attempt was made.

Congress wants Modi’s answer on seven Tawang questions, and before going on the merit of the question, the way these questions have been asked, does harm the moral of India’s brave soldiers as well as the national interest of India.

Now what about the the dealings of Congress’s Rajiv Gandhi Foundation with China? This fact has also again come to the fore which has been equally exposed by these statements. This is where it looks these top leaders of both the countries like Bilawal Bhutto and Rahul Gandhi need to have some experienced advisors before opting for making such controversial statements.
