Dealing With Corrupt People: Lately the Supreme Court has come up with a new trouble hurting the bribe monger government servants badly. Now, for proving their guilt, there will be no requirement for such evidence that the bribe ‘donator’ and the bribe receiver themselves admit that I have taken bribe or / and I have given bribe.
Dealing With Corrupt People: Even if they themselves do not admit or refuse to accept their statement or one of them dies, the court must insist on doing justice. Courts should also find other evidences through examining for questioning witnesses, bank accounts, details of movable and immovable properties of bribe receivers, list of the expenses of their families, government documents, etc. So far, many bribery cases have been distracted scattering along the way, but now thanks to this new interpretation of the anti-bribery law, more such cases are going to be caught.
Dealing With Corrupt People: In fact, in India, bribery means corruption has become a political etiquette. Its dominance is so much in our neighboring countries that we Indians cannot even imagine it. Seeing the glamor of the leaders, soldiers and officers of some countries, you will ask yourself whether these people are billionaires or trillionaires? The river of corruption emanating from the top of the leaders goes on polluting everyone till the peon of the government. The Supreme Court has expressed serious concern over this situation.
Dealing With Corrupt People: Corruption is seen all nook and corners
Even the judiciary itself has not been able to desist from diving into the mire of corruption. Corruption has taken hold of our politics, administration, justice and even public life. The legal reform suggested by the Supreme Court at present will definitely have some effect, but if corruption is to be eradicated from the root, then we will have to take many very drastic steps.

Three steps can be pragmatic
First of all, it should be made mandatory to make public the details of movable and immovable property and income and expenditure of politicians and officers and their family members every year. Second, a time limit should be fixed for the decisions of cases against corrupt leaders and officers.
Third one needs to be made too tough
Thirdly, life imprisonment and even death sentence should be given to some very corrupt politicians, officers and corrupt people so that future corrupt people will get goosebumps. Fourthly, politicians, rich Seth people, bureaucrats, religious flag bearers should also propagate the ideals of simplicity and non-attachment in the country and present live examples in front of the people by making their lives like that.
