Karnal, Haryana : Haryana CM Manohar Lal Khattar stated on Sunday that he has no control over the case processes and that the police will take action if YouTuber Elvish Yadav is proven guilty in relation to the FIR filed against him in the snake venom supply case.
“The cops are going to investigate this case. We are powerless to influence this. Elvish Yadav will face consequences if he is shown to be at fault, Mr. Khattar declared.

At his fan meet, Mr. Khattar and Elvish shared the stage as the Chief Minister of Haryana congratulated the YouTuber on winning Bigg Boss OTT season 2. Following this incident, Mr. Khattar faced intense criticism on social media from users who questioned the Haryana chief minister’s decision to not commemorate and celebrate local sports heroes.
Six individuals, Elvish among them, were named in a formal complaint (FIR) for allegedly providing snake venom at a rave party in Noida. The YouTuber has refuted reports that he supplied snake venom to the rave gathering.

In a unique YouTube video on Saturday, Elvish refuted the accusations made against him and stated that he is prepared to turn himself in if he is discovered to be connected to the case.
“I saw the FIR when I woke up, stating that this lawsuit had been filed by Maneka Gandhi’s NGO, People for Animals. I walk around with snakes around my neck, that lady said. That was just for the sake of filming a song, nothing more. I refuse to tarnish my family’s and my own reputations by engaging in any of these unlawful actions. Whether the sentence is ten or one hundred years, if I have even a tiny part in this case, I will turn myself in. “Everyone is aware that I am still capable of performing this kind of work,” Elvish remarked.
