10 Second Groping Video
Recently, people of Italy are following a very weird trend where they are touching their private parts while keeping a timer of 10 seconds. It is a little uneasy for people to watch such videos. Many highly influential people have taken part in the 10 second groping video trend and apparently, they are supporting a cause. But why are they doing it? It is because of a recent verdict from Italian Court.
What is this 10 second groping video trend
In a recent verdict pronounced by a court of law in Italy, they said that groping for less than ’10 seconds’ is not a crime. The court said it ‘did not last long enough’ to be deemed criminal. This came after a teenager filed a case against a caretaker from her school who touched her inappropriately and then termed it as a joke.
This is a case of April from the last year, when a 66 year-old-man, Antonio Avola the caretaker in question groped a 17-year-old student from Rome high school. The caretaker even admitted that he did the same but said that he was only joking. “Love, you know I was joking,” the caretaker had told the girl when she reacted in shock.
Although, the court has pronounced a nearly four-year prison sentence and a sexual assault conviction for the caretaker.
