This Rare Asteroid May Make You And Every Person a Billionaire On This Earth

According to Forbes, 16 Psyche, a 140-mile-wide (226-kilometer-wide) asteroid could contain a core of iron, nickel, and gold worth $10,000 quadrillion. One quadrillion means one thousand trillion or 1,000,000,000,000,000. Now imagine what would be ten thousand times more to it i.e. 10,000 quadrillions. And hold your breath to convert these 10,000 quadrillion dollars into Indian rupees. That would be money nobody would have ever imagined possessing.

If the scientists anyhow get to extract those metals from the asteroid, each person living on this Earth would turn into a billionaire. This massive metal asteroid is between Mars and Jupiter and is known as 16 Psyche. NASA scientists are studying this asteroid to a comparison of its composition with that of our Earth.

According to NASA, this asteroid is three times farther away from Sun than Earth and its average diameter is around 226 kilometers which is about one-sixth diameter of the moon that we have for Earth. 16 Psyche was discovered by Italian astronomer Annibale de Gasparis on March 17, 1852. He named the asteroid after Psyche, the Greek goddess of the soul who was born mortal, and married Eros (Roman Cupid), the god of Love.
