Prime Minister Narendra Modi will visit the Prayagraj Maha Kumbh today, where he will take a sacred dip at the Triveni Sangam-the confluence of the Ganga, Yamuna, and the mythical Saraswati.
Marking the auspicious Ashtami Tithi in the ‘Magh’ month, PM Modi will bathe at the Sangam during the Puny Kaal, followed by prayers and rituals on the riverbank.
The Prime Minister will likely arrive in Prayagraj at 10:05 AM before heading to the DPS Helipad. From there, he will reach Arail Ghat by 10:45 AM and board a boat to the Maha Kumbh site.
His visit will last about an hour, during which he will take the ritual bath and offer prayers.

By 11:45 AM, PM Modi will likely return to Arail Ghat and then to Prayagraj Airport, departing at 12:30 PM via an Indian Air Force aircraft.
During his previous visit to Prayagraj on 13 December, PM Modi inaugurated 167 development projects worth Rs 5,500 crore, enhancing infrastructure and public services in the region.
Anticipation is high among devotees and locals as the Prime Minister prepares to take part in the Maha Kumbh.
Many believe that his efforts have strengthened awareness and recognition of Sanatan Dharam.
Residents and pilgrims see PM Modi’s participation as a moment of pride, viewing his visit as a reaffirmation of faith and tradition on a grand scale.
