Balasaheb Thackeray’s Birth Anniversary: Leaders Celebrate His Lifelong Commitment To Sanatan Culture

PM Modi & leaders honored Balasaheb Thackeray’s legacy on his birth anniversary, celebrating his dedication to Maharashtra’s growth, culture.

Prime Minister Narendra Modi on Thursday paid tribute to Balasaheb Thackeray on his birth anniversary, acknowledging his deep commitment to public welfare and Maharashtra’s development.

Taking to X, PM Modi posted, “I pay homage to Balasaheb Thackeray Ji on his birth anniversary. He is widely respected and remembered for his commitment to public welfare and towards Maharashtra’s development. He was uncompromising when it came to his core beliefs and always contributed towards enhancing the pride of Indian culture.”

Union Home Minister Amit Shah also paid his respects, emphasizing Balasaheb’s lifelong dedication to Sanatan culture and nationalism.

In a post on X, Shah posted, “The revered Balasaheb Thackeray, lifelong dedicated to the ideals of Sanatan culture and nationalism, always placed the nation’s welfare above all else. Even in adverse circumstances, Balasaheb never compromised on his principles, and his ideological firmness will continue to inspire us forever.”

“On the birth anniversary of the strong nationalist Balasaheb Thackeray, we bow to him with deep respect,” he added.

The Union Home Minister stated that Thackeray remained devoted to Sanatan culture and nationalism, always putting love for the nation at the forefront of his work.

Maharashtra Deputy Chief Minister and Shiv Sena Chief Eknath Shinde also paid tribute, posting, “Humble tribute to the revered Hindu Hriday Samrat, Shiv Sena Chief Balasaheb Thackeray, on his birth anniversary, in his sacred memory.”

Aaditya Thackeray also paid tribute, stating, “Hindu Hriday Samrat, there will never be another like him. On his birth anniversary, a humble tribute!”

Balasaheb Thackeray, founder of the Shiv Sena party, took a strong stance on issues affecting the Maratha community and Hindus, leaving a lasting impact on Maharashtra’s political and social landscape.
