Supreme Court advocate Ujjwal Gaur has addressed a letter petition to CJI Justice DY Chandrachud, urging immediate intervention and requesting the court to take suo motu cognizance of the case.
The lawyer emphasized that the incident not only violates the victim’s right to life but also strikes at the core values of justice and humanity upheld by the Indian Constitution.
