China Leads Paris Olympics Medal Tally, USA Advances To Second Place

On the 7th day of the Paris Olympics, China remains at the top of the medal standings, having secured 11 gold medals.

As the Paris Olympics progresses into its seventh day, China continues to dominate the medal standings, securing a leading position with 11 gold medals.

The USA has surged ahead of host nation France, now holding second place with 9 gold medals.

France, once in second, has slipped to third place as the competition intensifies.

China’s impressive tally includes 11 gold, 7 silver, and 6 bronze, totaling 24 medals.

The USA has made notable gains with nine gold, 15 silver, and 13 bronze, amassing a total of 37 medals.

France, now in third, has accumulated 27 medals, including eight golds.

Australia has maintained its position in fourth place with a strong showing of 8 gold, 6 silver, and 4 bronze, bringing their total to 18 medals.

Japan, with a total of 16 medals including eight golds, has fallen to fifth place, while Great Britain has dropped out of the top five despite securing 20 medals, six of which are gold.

India has seen a decline in the standings, now in 44th place with three bronze medals, the most recent earned by Swapnil Kusale in the 50m Rifle 3P men’s event.
