The government has established a high-level committee to evaluate the operations of the National Testing Agency (NTA) following allegations of irregularities in the NEET medical entrance exam.
“We are dedicated to conducting exams without errors, and the formation of this committee aims to enhance the NTA’s functioning,” stated Minister Pradhan during a briefing.
The committee is expected to provide recommendations to improve NTA’s structure, operations, examination procedures, transparency, and data security protocols. Pradhan also mentioned that strict measures will be taken against any NTA official found responsible for wrongdoing.
