The Karkardooma Court’s Chief Metropolitan Magistrate, Vidhi Gupta Anand, has ordered the detention of the owner of Vivek Vihar Baby Care Hospital, Dr. Naveen Khichi, and the attending physician during the tragic incident, Dr. Akash, for 14 days of judicial custody.
