Lalu Yadav’s Son Mocks Bihar CM: ‘Paltis Kumar’ in Line for ‘Girgit Ratna’

In a scathing critique aimed at Bihar Chief Minister Nitish Kumar, Rashtriya Janata Dal (RJD) leader Tej Pratap Yadav accused him of repeatedly shifting political allegiances and suggested he be honored with the ‘Chameleon Ratna’ award. Yadav, the elder son of RJD stalwart Lalu Prasad Yadav, lambasted Kumar for his frequent changes in party affiliations, likening him to a chameleon known for its ability to change colors.

Taking to X (formerly Twitter), Yadav voiced his disdain for Kumar’s political maneuvers, highlighting the latter’s tendency to switch sides. The attack came in the wake of Kumar’s decision to break away from the grand alliance with RJD and return to the BJP-led National Democratic Alliance (NDA), marking the fourth instance of such a crossover since 2013.
