The center has issued urgent warnings about exceptionally high water levels on the Thao River and rapid flooding across several other rivers.
Residents and authorities are cautioned about severe flood risks in low-lying areas along northern rivers.
Additionally, the forecast includes potential flash floods and landslides in mountainous regions, further complicating the emergency response efforts.
