On Tuesday, Taiwan detected 8 Chinese naval vessels operating around the nation. It was between 6 am on Monday to 6 am on Tuesday.
According to the Taiwan Ministry of National Defence, none of the aircraft crossed the median line of the Taiwan Strait.
No aircraft entered Taiwan’s Air Defence Identification Zone.
The Armed Forces have monitored the situation and responded accordingly.
The forces have employed Navy Vessels, and coastal missile systems in response to the detected activities.
Taking to X, the Taiwan Ministry of National Defence said, “8 PLAN vessels operating around Taiwan were detected up until 6 a.m. (UTC+8) today. #ROCArmedForces have monitored the situation and responded accordingly.

Earlier on Monday, Taiwan tracked 6 Chinese military aircraft and 7 naval vessels operating around the nation. It was between 6 am on Sunday to 6 am on Monday.
According to the Taiwan Ministry of National Defence, 6 aircraft crossed the median line of the Taiwan Strait.
The aircraft also entered Taiwan’s northern and southwestern Air Defence Identification Zone.
The Armed Forces have monitored the situation and responded accordingly.

Since September 2020, China has increased its use of gray zone tactics. This includes incrementally increasing the number of military aircraft and naval ships operating around Taiwan.
