Israeli forces kill Hamas commander of Nakba unit involved in attacks on October 7

The IDF stated that Israeli soldiers in Gaza, led by the Intelligence Division, had killed a number of terrorists from Hamas’ Nakba squad who had been involved in the October 7 massacre.

Ahmed Musa, head of the Nakba battalion, and Omar Alhandi, commander of a terror platoon stationed in western Jabalia, were among those killed.

In addition, IDF reservists from the 252nd Division attacked 19 Hamas militants who were ready to strike Israeli forces overnight.

Furthermore, troops from the 401st Armored Brigade Combat reconnaissance team discovered and destroyed a crate on the shore with approximately 20 rocket launchers.

In yet another instance of Hamas concealing weapons and rockets among people, a rocket launcher was discovered among residential houses during a brigade-level assault carried out by paratroopers in the area of Sheikh Ejalin. IDF soldiers destroyed or confiscated all weapons discovered.
