American technology companies operate offices and infrastructure in Israel and several Gulf nations. Iran may target these facilities as tensions escalate across the Middle East, according to media reports.
Tasnim News Agency released a list of facilities operated by major US companies linked to Israel.
The outlet maintains close ties with the Islamic Revolutionary Guard Corps.
The report alleged that technology developed by these corporations has supported Israeli military operations.
The list reportedly labels these sites as ‘new targets’. It suggests the regional conflict could expand into a wider infrastructure war.
A report by Al Jazeera said the list names several US technology firms. These include Google, Microsoft, Palantir Technologies, IBM, Nvidia and Oracle.
Several of these firms maintain offices across Israeli cities and parts of the Gulf region.
Google operates its Middle East headquarters in Dubai, while Microsoft has a substantial regional presence in Abu Dhabi. Both corporations also maintain operational facilities within Israel.
Tehran has additionally warned that economic hubs and financial institutions connected with US and Israeli interests in the region could become possible targets.
A spokesperson for Khatam al-Anbiya Headquarters said recent military strikes gave Iran the freedom to target economic centres.
He added that Iran could strike banks linked to the United States and Israel across the region.
The spokesperson also advised residents to avoid areas near such facilities, warning people not to remain within a one-kilometre radius of banks linked to these entities.
Iranian media further reported that recent US and Israeli strikes allegedly hit a bank in Tehran, causing employee casualties, although exact figures were not disclosed.
Tensions have intensified following Iranian counterstrikes after coordinated operations by the United States and Israel.
Meanwhile, Iran’s blockade of the Strait of Hormuz has raised global concerns about energy supply security, particularly for major importers such as China and India.
