Gaza Health Ministry: 17,700 Palestinians Killed As A Result Of Israeli Attacks

The Health Ministry of Gaza reported on Saturday that since October 7, Israeli attacks in the Gaza Strip had resulted in at least 17,700 Palestinian deaths and 48,780 injuries.

According to Ashraf Al-Qidra, a spokesman for the Hamas-run ministry, two paramedics were injured in recent hours as Israeli forces struck an ambulance that was transporting wounded patients from Gaza’s European Hospital.

He condemned Israel’s war on hospitals, ambulances, and medical teams.

Israel claims Hamas operates from hospitals and has provided footage to back up its claim. In the past, Israel has struck ambulances it claims are utilized by Hamas. This has been refuted by Hamas.

Following a cross-border rampage by the enclave’s ruling faction on October 7, Israeli soldiers launched an aerial and ground assault against Hamas in Gaza.
