Fox News Digital has identified 54 organisations and movements allegedly linked to France’s October protests.

The groups include communist and socialist organisations, student associations, labour unions, pro-Palestine groups and international media outlets.

The report alleges that these networks helped organise or amplify demonstrations over living costs, government policies and public services. It highlighted a post by academic and communist leader Vijay Prashad, who wrote, “Paris-New Delhi-Buenos Aires” on X.

Vijay Prashad accompanied the message with a line from British punk band The Clash: “Let fury have the hour, anger can be power.”

According to the report, Prashad’s role as executive director of Tricontinental Ltd drew attention to the post. Businessman Neville Roy Singham, who lives in Shanghai, funds the nonprofit.

The report categorises the groups across student movements, communist organisations, labour unions, agricultural bodies and advocacy networks. It identifies BreakThrough News and Indian Alliance Paris among the international amplifiers.

The investigation describes the wider network as ‘Chaos Inc’ and alleges that its activities extend beyond protests to international messaging. These claims have not been independently established here.

The report names France Unbowed, a left-wing political party, and the Yellow Vests movement.

French Prime Minister Sébastien Lecornu has accused France Unbowed of ‘sowing chaos’ and exploiting protests ahead of the 2027 presidential election.

The report cites a coalition of 28 communist and socialist youth organisations promoting coordinated student action across 12 European countries under the slogan ‘Fight for Our Future, Not Their Wars!’ It references BreakThrough News coverage of demonstrations in six French cities and an interview with CodePink co-founder Jodie Evans, who discussed youth protests and US military spending.
