The first mug shot

According to Fulton County Jail records, Trump’s inmate number is P01135809. He was seen glaring at the camera in the mug shot. Trump’s participation in the photograph was yet another remarkable event for him. This is because he wasn’t required to do so in any of his prior three criminal cases.

20 minutes in Jail as Donald Trump was booked

Trump only stayed at the jail for around 20 minutes before leaving to return to his golf resort in New Jersey. He reiterated his assertion that the prosecution, as well as the other charges he faces, are politically motivated at Atlanta’s Hartsfield-Jackson airport before getting on his private plane.

“What has taken place here is a travesty of justice,” he told reporters. “I did nothing wrong, and everybody knows it.”

Trump’s position seems to be unaffected by the charges

Rather than hurting his chances of winning the Republican Party nomination, the four lawsuits brought have rather strengthened them. In the Republican fight to unseat Democratic President Joe Biden in the November 2024 election, he enjoys a significant lead in the polls.

As Trump arrived at the jail, dozens of supporters crowded around to catch a sight while waving Trump banners and American flags. One of the former president’s most devoted legislative allies, Georgia U.S. Representative Marjorie Taylor Greene, was among the Trump supporters waiting outside.
