Allahabad High Court Continues Hearing On Alleged Irregularities In UP PCS-J Main Exam 2022

Prayagraj: The Allahabad High Court is continuing to hear the case involving alleged irregularities in the UP PCS-J Main Exam 2022, where 50 answer sheets were reportedly altered. During the recent hearing, the UP Public Service Commission filed its response to the petitioner’s amendment application.

Candidate Shravan Pandey, who filed the petition, has also submitted an application to convert the petition into a Public Interest Litigation (PIL). In a previous hearing on July 19, the High Court granted the Commission time to file objections.

The case, which accuses the Commission of irregularities in the main exam results, is being heard by a double bench comprising Justice S.D. Singh and Justice Kshitij Shailendra. The next hearing is scheduled for August 28.
