Temjen Imna Along, the minister of tourism and higher education for Nagaland, is well-known for his peculiar sense of humor and amusing social media posts. In addition, he frequently shares inspirational films and insightful life lessons with his fans. Once again, the minister’s culinary adventure captured the interest of his X (formerly Twitter) followers. On Friday, Mr. Inma Along posted a video of himself making “paratha” (eggs).

“All right, so, were you hungry at all? However, I can’t eat in virtual mode; things would have been different if I had arrived here.” Mr. Inma Along penned the post’s caption.

The minister from Nagaland can be seen expertly cooking a paratha in the video. In order to make the ideal basis for the roll, he is also seen whisking eggs in a steel cup and combining them with the paratha. Next, a member of the culinary crew is seen putting the finishing touches on the egg-coated paratha by stacking it with sauce, chicken chunks, and fresh onions.

On X, the video has received a lot of attention since it was shared. More than 2,700 people have liked it, and it has received more than 48,000 views.
Mr. Inma Along, in the meantime, uses social media frequently. He posted a photo of a gift he delivered to Bollywood actress Deepika Padukone when he first met her parents, Prakash and Ujjala Padukone, earlier this week. Legendary badminton player Prakash Padukone and his spouse, Ujjala Padukone, were met by Mr. Imna Along.

The minister gave Deepika an organic pumpkin that was grown nearby and made a lighthearted comparison between it and Deepika’s character Mastani in the movie “Bajirao Mastani,” which seemed to acknowledge the unique crops of Nagaland.

He also posted a heartbreaking video of a little boy guarding his shop during a strong storm a few months ago, and it went viral online. The youngster can be seen in the video supporting his mother during a strong storm. At first, he clings to the tarpaulin sheet as his mother fastens a rope to the goods inside the store. Later in the film, he dashes to retrieve a chair that toppled over due to strong gusts. The idea that the youngster was too young to understand that degree of responsibility astounded Mr. Along.
