There is a premium feature for free such account holders. In addition to this, X handles with over 5000 followers will gets Premium+ features at no cost.
This information came up through X owner’s official account. It seems that the platform is trying to reward users who have higher engagement and better reach to public out there. This move is directed towards creation of better ecosystem for content writers and creators.
