Conjunctivitis in Delhi
Acute conjunctivitis or eye flu infections are currently on the rise in India. It is brought on by a number of things, such as allergies or infections, that cause the conjunctiva, which covers the white area of the eye, to become inflamed.
The constant rain, high humidity, and waterlogging are making it easy for the infection to spread, which is why there are more instances now. Important recommendations are being shared by numerous state governments and medical organizations to stop the spread of conjunctivitis. Now, the Delhi Police has also released a crucial conjunctivitis advisory, but it has a Bollywood twist. The police used the popular Kala Chashma song to spread awareness of conjunctivitis.
“Please use glasses to stop conjunctivitis from spreading. When posting a graphic to Instagram, the Delhi Police wished people a speedy recovery. ‘Kala Chashma’ is animated in the image as the text on the screen appears. To all conjunctivitis sufferers, it says: “Tennu kala chashma jachda ae, jachda ae tere mukhde pe.”
The post has received a lot of online attention since it was shared two hours ago. It currently has more than 1,000 likes, and the number is rising. After viewing the visual, several people even commented with their opinions.
