A bear unexpectedly crashed a wedding for a couple in Colorado. The fuzzy creature barged into the party in search of food and stole the newlyweds’ limelight.
In recent times, Cailyn McRossie-Martinez and Brandon Martinez wed in Boulder County. Mrs. Martinez published a variety of images on Facebook and mentioned that although it started to rain on their wedding day, that wasn’t the only hiccup.
On Facebook, she posted, “Then a bear ate our dessert bar.”
The high school sweethearts had to add an extra dish for the bear to their wedding reception after they were married in the pouring rain.
According to the pair, the bear barged into their dessert table.
It’s not often you stroll into your dessert table and find a bear storming it and devouring everything, Mr. Martinez told the news source.
The couple shared that the security shooed off the bear quickly, and nobody was hurt.
“I believe the lemon bars came out next, followed by the cannolis, which we were most eager to try. Sadly, we did not receive any,” Mrs. Martinez told the news organisation.
The image was posted on Facebook on August 2 and has received a number of likes and comments.
“You’d have to scrape me off the ceiling if I had been walking in there,” a user said. I’m so happy I already ate some cheesecake. No dessert for us, Mrs. Martinez retorted. Haha!”
Someone else commented, “Oh my God!” What do you think about what happened? Has a bear ever interrupted a wedding?
