Reliance Jio’s Rs 859 prepaid plan targets users seeking extended validity, daily high-speed data and unlimited calling, along with additional digital services.
The plan comes with 84 days of validity and provides 2GB of high-speed 4G data per day, adding up to 168GB during the full validity period.
Once users exhaust the daily quota, the speed drops to 64Kbps.
Eligible users can access Truly Unlimited 5G data separately, without it being deducted from the daily 2GB allowance.
Subscribers receive unlimited local, STD and roaming calls across networks, along with 100 SMS messages per day.
At Rs 859 for 84 days, the recharge works out to around Rs 10.22 per day.
A major benefit of the plan is an 18-month complimentary Google Gemini Pro subscription for eligible users, which Jio states has a market value of Rs 35,100.
The offer includes 5TB of Google Cloud storage for files, photos and Gmail backups, along with access to advanced AI models and image-generation features.
The Gemini Pro benefit comes with a condition. Users must maintain an active unlimited 5G plan costing Rs 349 or more on their Jio number throughout the 18-month offer period.
If the qualifying recharge expires or the user moves to a lower-value plan, the AI subscription benefit will end.
The Rs 859 plan further includes complimentary access to JioTV, JioCinema and JioCloud, combining connectivity, entertainment and cloud-storage benefits in a single long-validity recharge.
