iQOO 15R Features: The smartphone market in India is about to get more exciting as iQOO prepares to launch its new device, the iQOO 15R, on February 24.
The company’s India CEO, Nipun Marya, announced this launch date well in advance, giving potential customers enough time to learn about the phone and plan their purchase.
This upcoming device will be part of iQOO’s popular Number series, which has earned a loyal following among people who care about strong performance and useful features.
By revealing the launch date early, iQOO has created buzz and anticipation among tech enthusiasts who are always looking for the next great smartphone to hit the market.
iQOO 15R Features: The iQOO 15R is expected to be priced at around Rs 50,000, making it a more affordable option than its older sibling, the iQOO 15, which launched three months earlier at Rs 72,999.
This pricing strategy is clever because it targets buyers who want premium features but don’t want to spend a fortune.
At this price point, the phone will compete directly with other recently released smartphones like the Motorola Signature, Vivo X200T, and OnePlus 15R.
By positioning itself in this middle ground between budget and ultra-premium phones, iQOO is aiming to attract customers who understand value and want the best possible features for their money without overspending.
Outstanding Power and Massive Battery Life
Early reports suggest the iQOO 15R will come with the Qualcomm Snapdragon 8 Gen 5 processor, which is among the fastest and most efficient chips available for smartphones today.
iQOO 15R Features:
This processor ensures the phone can handle demanding tasks like gaming, video editing, and running multiple apps simultaneously without any slowdown.
What really sets this phone apart, however, is the rumoured 7,600mAh battery, which is significantly larger than what most phones offer. This enormous battery could easily last more than a full day, even with heavy use, and moderate users might stretch it to two days between charges.
The phone will support 100W fast charging, enabling users to recharge the device quickly when needed. It is also likely to offer wireless charging for added convenience.
The rumoured 200-megapixel main camera is expected to attract photography enthusiasts by producing highly detailed images.
The iQOO 15R is also likely to feature a dual rear camera setup, including an 8-megapixel ultrawide lens for wider shots, along with a 32-megapixel front camera designed for selfies.
The display is another highlight, with a 6.59-inch screen featuring vivid OLED technology and a super smooth 144Hz refresh rate that makes everything from scrolling to gaming feel incredibly responsive.
The screen can reportedly reach 5000nits of brightness, ensuring you can see your content clearly even in direct sunlight.
With dust and water resistance ratings, this phone seems designed to handle everyday challenges while delivering a premium experience that rivals more expensive devices.
