Viksit Bharat Sankalp Yatra

Information and Broadcasting Minister Anurag Thakur highlighted the remarkable involvement of 10 crore Indians in this journey of India's progress, which commenced on November 15 and reached this milestone in just 50 days.

In other states, the yatra had already started, but in the five states, it was delayed because of the model code of behavior that was in place because of the elections.

With various welfare programs, the ruling BJP has actively courted female voters.

Past administrations were criticized by PM Modi for behaving like "mai baap" of the people and basing their development plans on vote bank considerations.

Throwing light on the purpose of Viksit Bharat Sankalp Yatra, the Prime Minister said that it aims to learn from the experiences of the existing beneficiaries and also encompass those who have not yet availed the benefits.

Union ministers have been urged by PM Modi to take part in the massive outreach initiative known as the Viksit Bharat Sankalp Yatra
