Lalu Prasad

Tejashwi Yadav, Lalu Prasad Yadav's son and former Bihar deputy CM, took the opportunity to launch a scathing attack on Nitish Kumar during the Bharat Jodo Nyay Yatra in Sasaram.

Tejashwi had already received summonses to attend on December 22 and January 5, but he disregarded them both.

Tejashwi was previously questioned for eight hours on April 11, and this marks the first summons for Lalu Prasad in the case.

At midnight, Prasad cut a tiny cake in front of family members, including his younger son Tejashwi Yadav, the state's deputy chief minister, to kick off the celebrations.

"There should be a high-level inquiry and action should be taken against those responsible for it...They have destroyed Railways," says Yadav

Lalu Prasad, the head of the RJD, and his wife Rabri Devi were brought into question by the CBI in Delhi and Patna
