HIGH COURT : No relief to person who comes for justice with tainted hands
Allahabad High Court, while passing order in a case, said that filing a petition by hiding the facts is fraud on the court. In such a situation, the court rejected the PIL filed by hiding the facts with a compensation of Rs 50 thousand.
