High Court rejected Jaya Prada’s petition filed against non-bailable warrant
Despite non-bailable warrant being issued seven times, Jaya Prada did not appear before the court. Recently, the MP-MLA special court has directed the Superintendent of Police to form a special team under the leadership of Deputy SP to ensure their presence in the court by March 6.
