On Monday, the Delhi High Court reserved its judgment on Delhi Chief Minister Arvind Kejriwal’s bail plea in the ongoing corruption case.

Delhi Chief Minister Arvind Kejriwal's judicial custody period has also been extended till July 31 in the money laundering case and till August 8 in the CBI case.

Kejriwal's counsel, Abhishek Manu Singhvi, countered by accusing the CBI of employing a "delaying tactic" and noted that the agency had not provided any substantial reason why the High Court should not hear Kejriwal's bail plea.

The court has rejected the bail plea filed by Vibhav Kumar. Evidence can be tampered with by granting bail.

The Supreme Court has granted interim bail to Delhi CM Arvind Kejriwal in a money laundering case linked to the controversial excise policy.

Charge sheet filed by the ED against Arvind Kejriwal and others, a total of 38 individuals have been named as accused.

The charge sheet cites Sharad Reddy's statement, indicating that besides the alleged ₹100 crore, Arvind Kejriwal and Manish Sisodia also solicited funds for the Goa and Punjab assembly elections.

This supplementary chargesheet, filed by the ED, names the Aam Aadmi Party and its convener Arvind Kejriwal as the principal accused.
