In the initial match, GT defeated CSK by 5 wickets. RCB whipped Mumbai Indians by 8 wickets as PBKS got a seven-run win, through the DLS technique, over Kolkata Knight Riders in the subsequent game. Lucknow Super Giants defeated Delhi Capitals by 50 runs in the third match.
