In just 57 innings, he reached his fourth century, matching Rohit Sharma and Glenn Maxwell for the most hundreds in T20Is, helping his team reach 201/7.

In response, South Africa was dismissed for 95 runs in 13.5 overs, allowing India to win the series by 106 runs. Kuldeep Yadav, a left-arm wrist spinner, achieved career-best T20I figures of 5/17.
