Shoaib Akhtar on Indian bowling pace attack after their outstanding win over SL by 302 runs on Thursday
The “Rawalpindi Express”, former fast bowler for Pakistan, Shoaib Akhtar, praised India’s pace three following their outstanding performance in a World Cup match that ended in a 302 run victory over Sri Lanka at the Wankhede Stadium.
With the help of Jasprit Bumrah, Mohammed Siraj, and Mohammed Shami, India’s potent pace attack was able to take nine wicklets, completely demolish Sri Lanka’s batting order, and win the match handly.
Akhtar praised India’s increasing ruthlessness and asked Indian cricket fans to appreciate its fast bowlers after being impressed by the country’s three pacers. He was especially happy for Shami, who has been getting wickets consistently and has found his formagain.
In addition, Akhtar praised Bumrah’s devastating bowling and Siraj’s tireless efforts, both of which enhanced their team;s performance.
