Jharkhand: High Court dismissed the PIL filed against Jharkhand CM over mining lease allocation

Jharkhand High Court dismissed the PIL filed against Jharkhand CM and his relatives over the allocation of the mining lease. The PIL was filed by one Sunil Kumar Mahato. The court said the petition is the repetition of an old PIL which was filed by Shiv Shankar Sharma. There’s nothing new in this PIL.
