Farmers involved in 'Kisan Garjana' rally
Kisan Garjana Rally : Farmers are marching once in the country’s capital Delhi. Farmers from many states including Haryana, Punjab, Uttar Pradesh are coming to Delhi today. Farmers’ organization will take out a roaring protest march on many demands including improvement in the current condition of the farmers. Due to this rally, a situation of jam can arise in many areas. In view of the farmer’s rally, Delhi Police has issued a traffic advisory.
The Bharatiya Kisan Sangh (BKS), affiliated to the Rashtriya Swayamsevak Sangh, will take out a Kisan Garjana Rally in Delhi on several demands along with improving the condition of the farmers. Bhartiya Kisan Sangh says that today the farmers who provide fruits, vegetables, grains, milk etc. are very disappointed due to not getting adequate price for their agricultural produce and are committing suicide because of this. Along with this, many demands have been made on behalf of BKS.

About 50 thousand farmers are being claimed to participate in the Kisan Garjana Rally. Hoardings and posters of Kisan Garjana Rally have been put up at different borders of Delhi.

What Is The Demand Of Farmers
Bharatiya Kisan Sangh (BKS) General Secretary Mohini Mohan Mishra said that the demands related to farmers will be protested by holding a rally in Delhi, in which farmers from 600 districts will participate. He said that the demand of BKS is that the central government should not impose GST on agricultural produce. Apart from this, the organization is also demanding to free all agricultural produce from GST.
The General Secretary of BKS said that the demand for increase in the amount of PM Kisan Samman Nidhi in proportion to the increased cost of cultivation is also being raised.
