The Indian Pitch and Putt Association has announced an exclusive dinner and cocktail evening aimed at bringing together ambassadors, bureaucrats, and key decision-makers.
The event will take place under the patronage of Puneet Singh, who has extended invitations to distinguished guests from across diplomatic and administrative circles.
Organisers have designed the evening around a unique blend of sport and dialogue, using Pitch & Putt golf as a platform to encourage interaction among policymakers and international representatives.
The gathering will also feature a ‘3 Par 3 Masters’ format, adding a competitive edge to the occasion.
The event has, however, been curated by Can and Able Entertainment, known for organising high-profile experiential events.
The programme will be held at The Noreco Golf Course, located within Railway Eco Park in Chanakyapuri, New Delhi.
Proceedings will begin with the tee-off scheduled from 4:30 PM onwards, followed by the prize distribution ceremony at 7:30 PM.
The organisers expect the venue to host a select group of invitees, creating an intimate yet engaging environment for participants.
The initiative, however, aims to promote golf tourism and strengthen collaborations between public institutions and private stakeholders.
The involvement of the India Golf Tourism Association highlights the growing emphasis on positioning India as a destination for niche sports tourism.
Additionally, support from EaseMyTrip reflects the increasing role of travel and hospitality partners in such events.
By bringing together ambassadors, bureaucrats, and industry leaders, the event seeks to foster meaningful conversations in an informal setting.
The ‘Policy Makers on the Course’ theme underscores the intention to encourage engagement beyond formal meeting rooms.
Attendance at the event will be strictly by invitation, with organisers reserving the right of admission.
All participants must follow the club’s rules and regulations. This will help ensure a smooth and professional experience.
The Indian Pitch and Putt Association continues to explore new ways to grow the sport. It also aims to create more opportunities for networking and collaboration.
This upcoming event is expected to set a benchmark for similar initiatives in the future.
