During a Thursday hearing in the legal dispute between educator Khan Sir (Faisal Khan) and Roshan Anand, the Patna Civil Court granted unconditional bail to Anand’s associates, Gaurav Kumar and Abhishek Kumar.
Following the order, their release process from Beur Jail began, and Anand’s lawyer, Raghav Kumar, confirmed the court granted bail without restrictions.
The civil court deferred decisions on Khan Sir’s anticipatory bail and the regular bail applications of his two security guards because the police filed an incomplete case diary.
The judge ordered the investigative police officers to submit a thorough and detailed case diary before the next hearing, which is scheduled for June 27. Until that date, an existing stay order protects Khan Sir from arrest.
The ongoing conflict between Khan Sir and Roshan Anand involves numerous accusations and counter-allegations.
Roshan Anand accuses Khan Sir of plotting against him and linking him to the murder of his brother, Prince Yadav.
The defence argues that officials wrongfully implicated Faisal Khan due to corporate and political rivalries.
Police also claim that the firing incident under investigation was not self-defence.
According to the police case diary, Khan Sir’s security guards fired shots to create fear and panic in the area.
Refuting these claims, Khan Sir’s lawyer, Arvind Kumar Maurya, maintained in court that his client had absolutely no involvement in the shooting.
Since these allegations remain under investigation, no court decisions have established criminal responsibility for either side.
The upcoming June 27 sessions will be a crucial date in determining how the case progresses, as the court expects the police to produce a full case diary at the next hearing so it can reach a decision.
