3. Third Circle: Thorough inspections at state borders.
4. Fourth Circle: Security checks at zone borders and toll plazas.

7. Seventh Circle: Security at the inner and isolation cordon.

Increased Police Presence

For Maha Kumbh 2025, 37,611 police personnel will be deployed, including 22,953 officers in the fair area and 1,378 women police dedicated to ensuring the safety of female devotees. This increase marks a significant step up from previous events, which saw 22,998 officers in 2013 and 27,550 in 2019.

Multi-Unit Coordination

A comprehensive deployment strategy includes:

– Civil Police: 18,479
– Women Police: 1,378
– Traffic Police: 1,405

Advanced Technology for Enhanced Security

The event will also incorporate high-tech measures, such as AI-enabled CCTV cameras that will monitor crowds. These cameras will utilize facial recognition and real-time data from Technical Service Providers (TSPs) to enhance safety. Additionally, the Integrated Control and Command Centre (ICCC) will serve as the central hub for intelligence gathering and real-time monitoring.

Through these extensive preparations, the Yogi government aims not only to prevent disruptions but also to provide a peaceful and secure environment for all pilgrims at Maha Kumbh 2025.
