The Yogi Adityanath-led government has reported significant progress in the digital crop survey for the Kharif (2024-25) season, completing 80% of the work across the state.
Survey teams have finalized the survey in more than 47,000 villages out of over 84,000 revenue villages, covering over 4.5 crore plots. The government aims to increase farmers’ incomes and improve their quality of life through this initiative. Among the top-performing districts, Jaunpur leads the way, with Ghaziabad in second place.
