On the 75th Constitution Day, BJP MLA Rajeshwar Singh from Sarojini Nagar, Lucknow, attended a program to mark the occasion. At the event held at the UP State Institute of Forensic Sciences (UPSIFS), Singh welcomed Uttar Pradesh Chief Minister Yogi Adityanath.
In a post on social media platform X, Singh praised the Constitution of India as a protector of citizens’ dignity and rights, upholding values like equality, justice, and freedom. He shared his participation in the inaugural session of the international conference titled “Role of Forensics and Cyber Security for Enabling Justice under New Criminal Laws.”
Rajeshwar Singh highlighted significant advancements in cybersecurity under CM Yogi Adityanath’s leadership. He noted that cybercrime police stations have been established in all 75 districts of Uttar Pradesh, with cyber cells operating in 1,523 police stations. This has resulted in a state conviction rate of 87.8% in cybercrime cases, compared to the national average of 46.5%.
Singh also commended reforms introduced under PM Narendra Modi’s leadership, such as the Indian Judicial Code, Indian Civil Security Code, and Indian Evidence Act, which focus on delivering justice rather than punishment. He emphasized that these changes free India from colonial legacies.
In another post, Singh described CM Yogi Adityanath as a visionary leader whose dedication has driven Uttar Pradesh’s progress. He called it an honor to work under the Chief Minister’s leadership.
